Contractors PVA is a multi-purpose, water-based adhesive, primer, sealer, and mortar admixture. It adheres to most common building materials, excluding PVC and rubber, and is ideal for priming unsound surfaces before plastering or painting, enhancing cement mixtures and dust sealing on flaking paintwork and walls. Contractors PVA is an adhesive for use on wood, cork, textiles, plaster, concrete etc.
