Product Description

Petro Tape is an anti-corrosion tape used to protect pipes, valves, and cables from weathering & can be used both above and below ground. It's a synthetic fabric tape that has been impregnated with a neutral petrolatum based compound designed to isolate metal surfaces to aid protection against corrosion, salt water, road salt/ice melt etc.

It's suitable for the waterproofing of pipes, valves, fittings and other metal parts. Petro tape will not harden, crack or peel away and is excellent at resisting acids, alkalise and salts. This petrolatum impregnated tape is suitable for operating temperatures from -168 degrees to +110 degrees Celsius.
